Don Bosco past pupils donated rice to the technical schools

The past pupil association of Don Bosco in Cambodia donated 13.5 tons of rice for all Don Bosco Technical Schools in the country. The past pupils association gathers all those persons who as young people received support from Don Bosco Cambodia to get a skill and now they are fully integrated in the Cambodian development and economy. The Don Bosco technical schools in Phnom Penh, Sihanoukville, Kep, Battambang and Poipet trained around 4,000 Cambodian youth coming from very poor and vulnerable communities, especially rural areas and youth who are victims of exploitation. On the occasion of the 25th Anniversary of the Salesian presence in the Kingdom of Cambodia, the Don Bosco Past Pupils Association had a handover ceremony of their donation of 13.5 tons of rice for all the Don Bosco Technical Schools at the ground floor of the Academic building of Don Bosco Technical School Phnom Penh.
